La Talentueuse
La Talentueuse is our first traditional vintage. After a minimum of 14 months in oak barrels and demi-muids, the blending of Grenache and Syrah offers depth and complexity to this Côtes du Rhône. The roasted notes are remarkably fruity and long-lasting on the palate.
Prevalence of Grenache, associated to Syrah.
Deep dark red colour with some grenat nuances.
Open nose on mature red fruit notes on a background of spices and vanilla aromas. Discreet impact from the maturing in oak barrels.
Full and long-lasting on the palate with well-balanced clear aromas, silky tannins, red fruit and spices.
To drink immediately and until 2025.
Along with summer grills, cooked with Mediterranean spices (thyme,, rosemary, laurel, savory, garlic), roasted meat and meals from the South of France.
