From Vine to Glass: Dive into the Winemaker’s World with Odile!
After a tour of the estate, the winemaker will explain the characteristics of the region’s grape varieties and the importance of vinification and aging choices in creating a wine. This visit will be followed by a wine tasting, during which Odile will explain the oenological aspects of each wine’s unique profile. Each wine tasted will have its own distinct vinification and aging characteristics, offering you the opportunity to create your own unique blend!
Smell, swirl, and taste the wine to find the perfect balance. Gradually, Odile will guide you in creating your personalized cuvée. Once your blend is ready, you’ll bottle your own unique creation.
By the end of this workshop, you will have discovered the endless possibilities of wine creation and leave with your bottled cuvée.

Immerse yourself in the world of winemaking and experience something truly unique with the “Vintner for a Day” workshop at Domaine de l’Odylée. This immersive half-day experience allows you to actively participate in the grape harvest, a tradition deeply rooted in the history and culture of our region.
Under the guidance of winemaker Odile Covert, you will learn the ancient techniques of hand-picking grapes and gain insight into the various stages of the grape harvest.
After the hard work comes a time for celebration! Your morning of labor will be rewarded with a tasting of our wines, where you’ll discover the authentic flavors of the Domaine de l’Odylée’s terroir. We will also invite you to share in the traditional harvesters’ meal, a warm and festive moment featuring local dishes carefully prepared for the occasion.
