L’Impéteuse
Cuvée L’Impétueuse is an Elite cuvée dominated by concentrated Syrah, with marked candied red fruit, confirmed flavors of pepper and spice on a background of licorice and truffle, remarkable length on the palate and fullness to express power. Aged in oak barrels and demi muids for over 16 months, this is a wine for laying down that takes us on a journey into the depths.

Open nose of ripe blackcurrant fruit and concentrated spices, with licorice in the background. Discreet impact of wood ageing. Toasty vanilla finish.
Full-bodied and mellow, with silky aromas of red fruit and spices, toasty notes of coffee and mocha, remarkable length and power on the palate.
A wine for laying down. Drink until 2028. Keep away from light at a temperature of between 14 and 18 degrees.
This wine is a perfect match for all meats, spicy dishes and mature cheeses.
